At Truckers Insurance Associates, we have been committed to meeting the needs of the trucking industry and independent agents in times of hardship and prosperity. Our priority during this time of uncertainty is balancing the well-being of our customers and employees, while continuing to provide exceptional service.


With the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis effecting our nation and the world, we understand that the trucking industry may be experiencing a slowdown or shift in commodities. We are working closely with our markets to address this situation.


Our team of underwriters are available to talk though any issues you may be experiencing and will work to develop a solution that will benefit you and your customers.


To prevent the spread of COVID-19, our employees are currently working remotely. However, we continue to remain operational during our normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (CT).

We appreciate the trust you have put in us as a partner. As we continue to monitor the effect of COVID-19 (coronavirus) we wanted to share with you the steps we are talking to help minimize the impact to our customers, employees, and community.



Day-to-Day Operations

In addition to educating our staff on COVID-19 symptoms and preventative measures, we are disinfecting high-touch hard surfaces throughout our offices as well as increasing the deployment of anti-bacterial hand sanitizer. We have instructed any employees that feel ill to remain home. We are currently working on a plan to allow employees an option to work remotely from their home to prevent the spread of this virus. This should not affect any phone or email communication to our employees, but we discourage anyone from visiting our office until further notice. While our employees may not be physically in the office, we will continue to remain operational during our normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (CST).


Temporarily Suspending Paper Policies & Endorsements

With a low volume of employees in the office as we begin remote work policies and to prevent the spreading of disease, we are temporarily suspending all paper/mailed policies and endorsements. All policies and endorsements will be emailed until further notice. Many of our customers are already receiving these documents via email, if this applies to you, you will not notice a change in your service.


If we have not previously sent your policies or endorsements via email, please click below to let us know how you would like them sent to you temporarily.




Electronic Payments

At this time we are encouraging electronic payments. We will be waiving all service fees associated with automatic clearing house (ACH) payments. To conduct an ACH or Wire Transfer payment please contact either Jennifer or Marie:

There is no denying that COVID-19 has had an impact on our communities. We are doing everything we can to ensure a safe environment for our employees, customers, and community. We will be closely monitoring the situation and following all Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to prevent the spread of this virus.
